On the day of your consultation, Dr. Danielpour and Dr. Layke will discuss and evaluate your problem areas. After making a treatment plan you can book your CoolSculpting treatment for that same week or day if the schedule permits! Depending on your treatment plan, most patients will be in office on their day of treatment from 1-3 hours (each area of treatment takes one hour). On the day of your treatment, the doctors will mark the areas discussed during your consultation that you will be treating and get you comfortable in the chair. A cold patch will be applied to the first area being treated and then the CoolSculpting device will be attached. The first few minutes you will feel pressure and cooling sensation that may feel strange however after a few minutes this dissipates. You will then lay comfortably with pillows and a blanket for the next hour. You can talk on the phone, do work, watch a movie or simply relax and chill out! You will have a buzzer that will buzz a staff member if you have any issues or discomfort during your hour. After the 60 minutes, one of our staff will massage the treated area for 2-3 minutes and either start your next treatment or book your next appointment for either your next area to be treated or for your 2-3 months follow up.
